Here, you can manage your entire workspace to enable/disable, and setup everything. You'll be able to customize your workspace, enable Google Analytics, your SMTP, and more.
Name
This is the name of your Workspace, normally would be your business name.
Customizing your Workspace
Theme Color
This will be the color of the top navbar shown on your publicly viewed pages, that contains the links to your Boards, Roadmaps, and Changelogs.
Logo
This will be the logo shown on the top navbar shown on your publicly viewed pages, that contains the links to your Boards, Roadmaps, and Changelogs. By default, the Cloudmattr logo will be shown.
Favicon
This will be the favicon shown on the browser for all your publicly viewed pages. By default, the Cloudmattr favicon will be shown.
Show Workspace Name
This will enable or disable the display of your Workspace name being shown in the top navbar next to your logo.
Time Zone
The time zone you want to set your Workspace to. This will be more important when scheduling for example Changelog posts at a certain time or setting up a Campaign.
Default Page
The default page is the page that we’ll redirect your users if they visit your workspace without a specific URL, such as going to “customers.dundermifflin.com”, instead of a board, such as “customers.dundermifflin.com/b/some-board”. You’ll be able to select from any Boards, Roadmaps, and Changelogs in your Workspace.
Sign Up Enabled
This will enable or disable the ability for users to register for an account in your Workspace. This can be useful if you use the API to manage your users, and only want your Workspace to be accessible for your registered users.
Statuses Available
You can create, delete, and re-order the statuses that are available for your Roadmaps.
- Go to Workspace Settings, which is in the top right dropdown.
- Add your Statuses under the "Statuses Available".
